Role & Responsibilities
- Manage LINDBERG’s day-to-day digital presence across social platforms and support the development of 360° digital communication projects and strategies.
- Create, schedule and publish content aligned with the content calendar and brand DNA, ensuring platform-specific adaptation.
- Write engaging, platform-tailored captions and short-form copy that resonate with defined audiences.
- Collaborate closely with the Graphics team to produce and refine visual assets and creative formats.
- Monitor platform trends, emerging formats and algorithm changes and translate relevant opportunities into tactical initiatives.
- Track and report on performance against KPIs, extracting actionable insights to optimize content and campaigns.
- Support the execution and optimization of paid social activity (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) in coordination with the marketing team.
- Drive community management efforts to nurture audience relationships and strengthen brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Newly graduated or up to one year of relevant work experience (including full-time or student roles).
- Relevant master’s degree preferred (communication, digital marketing, media or a related discipline).
- Native or fluent Danish and fluent English — strong written and verbal communication in both languages.
- Demonstrable digital-native aptitude and keen interest in social media and digital communication.
- Basic understanding of paid social mechanics (Meta and/or TikTok) and familiarity with performance metrics.
- Structured, organized, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Curious, proactive, eager to learn and develop within an international luxury environment.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
