Role & Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand business requirements to define optimal IT solutions supporting business processes
• Actively participate in IT Sales and Distribution projects and initiatives
• Support the internal team in projects related to SAP FMS Solution implementations
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal queries, creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications
• Support and coordinate activities performed by external consultants and project partners
• Lead system testing (System Test and User Acceptance Testing - UAT) phases
• Create comprehensive internal documentation for end users
• Serve as the first reference point for system users and application maintenance services (AMS)
• Report to IT SD Project Manager on project status and propose system-based and process improvements to enhance overall effectiveness and user satisfaction

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics
• 4+ years of experience with SAP SD Module (AFS or FMS environment preferred)
• Strong knowledge of sales and distribution flows
• Knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution and Material Management modules
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
• Results-oriented mindset with passion for innovation

Skills

Experience

4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD Module implementation and maintenance, ideally within AFS (Apparel & Fashion Software) or FMS (Fashion Management System) environments. Demonstrated proficiency in managing sales and distribution business processes and translating complex business requirements into technical solutions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 41,000 per annum.
