Kering Eyewear in Milan seeks an IT Digital Support Intern to provide first‑line IT and digital assistance across corporate and retail teams.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide first‑line IT and digital support to internal users across corporate and retail functions, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and connectivity issues.
  • Log, prioritise and follow up support requests via the helpdesk system and escalate complex incidents to senior IT specialists or external vendors.
  • Maintain and configure end‑user devices (laptops, tablets, mobile phones) and assist with account provisioning, access management and password resets.
  • Support digital tool administration (productivity suites, collaboration platforms and point‑of‑sale related applications) and assist with user training and documentation.
  • Participate in IT projects and rollouts, performing testing, deployment support and post‑implementation troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to asset inventory, licensing records and basic network checks to ensure continuity of digital services.

Qualifications

  • Current enrolment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Practical experience from prior internships, part‑time IT roles or academic projects in helpdesk, device administration or basic networking.
  • Familiarity with Windows and macOS environments and common productivity suites (e.g., Microsoft Office 365).
  • Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical issues for non‑technical colleagues.
  • Analytical problem‑solving skills, attention to detail and a proactive, service‑oriented attitude.
  • Right to work in Italy and availability to be based in Milan for the duration of the internship.
