Kering Eyewear in Limena, Italy seeks an IT Analyst (Sales & Distribution) to lead SAP SD projects, UAT and business‑IT requirements.
Role & Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements to define IT solutions that support sales and distribution processes.
- Participate actively in IT projects focused on Sales & Distribution, from scoping through delivery.
- Support implementation and configuration activities for SAP FMS solutions and related SD processes.
- Create, analyse and validate detailed functional specifications and translate requirements for technical teams and external consultants.
- Coordinate and supervise activities performed by external consultants and third parties.
- Lead System Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, including test planning and defect follow‑up.
- Produce clear internal documentation and user guidance to support adoption and change management.
- Act as first point of contact for system users and AMS (application maintenance services) for SD‑related incidents and enquiries.
- Report to the IT SD Project Manager on project progress and propose system or process improvements to enhance performance and user satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ hands‑on experience in SAP SD module (experience in AFS or FMS environments preferred).
- Practical knowledge of Sales & Distribution and Materials Management SAP modules.
- Familiarity with SAP ABAP is a plus.
- Advanced English — spoken and written.
- Strong analytical skills, results orientation and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
- Curiosity, enthusiasm and a drive for continuous improvement and innovation.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years’ experience working with SAP SD in an AFS or FMS environment is required; demonstrable experience leading system tests and UAT, coordinating external consultants and delivering ERP‑related projects is preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
