Kering Eyewear is seeking an In-Store Specialist to support its brands’ visibility, sell-out, local Trade Marketing execution and client product training across the South-West sector, reporting to the In-Store Specialist & Sales Events Manager. The role is a fixed-term contract (CDD) and requires travel for 80% of working time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the visual merchandising point of reference for an assigned client portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with the guidelines set by Kering Group’s Maisons.
- Identify and develop local Trade Marketing plans.
- Negotiate premium spaces for assigned brands.
- Maximise point-of-sale advertising visibility for permanent and seasonal activities.
- Ensure local implementation of the Trade Marketing strategy in key cities and with top clients.
- Deliver product training to designated clients.
- Assist the sales team in presenting collections to clients, particularly during local sales events.
- Assist the Marketing team in presenting products and brands to sales representatives during seminars.
- Support teams in organising in-store events and showrooms.
- Monitor sell-out results at selected points of sale.
Qualifications
- University degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or visual merchandising, preferably in the eyewear, fashion, luxury or beauty sectors.
- Field experience.
- Willingness to travel for 80% of working time.
- Good knowledge of the fashion and luxury markets.
- Training skills.
- Positive, proactive, results-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
- Good command of Excel and PowerPoint.
- A good level of English is an advantage.
- Valid Category B driving licence required.
