Kering Eyewear In-Store Specialist in NYC Metro. Drive luxury eyewear sales, manage retail partnerships, and lead field merchandising—$60K–$80K + benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute local merchandising activities and comprehensive training programs across assigned client portfolio
- Ensure maximum visibility of permanent and seasonal promotional activities, point-of-purchase material placement, and product merchandising
- Support the Trade Marketing team in defining, allocating, and monitoring POP material consumption
- Secure optimal Trade Marketing in-store execution and activation across assigned territory
- Coordinate with design agencies on window displays and in-store setup specifications
- Manage sellout contests, trade incentives, and consumer incentive programs
- Monitor and analyze sellout results and competitive positioning in assigned retail locations
- Prepare activity reports, collect product feedback, and track key performance indicators
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail sales experience; luxury goods or eyewear sector background strongly preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of luxury fashion category dynamics and consumer expectations
- Exceptional communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to develop strong working relationships with retail partners and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of retail sales experience in a professional environment. Luxury goods or eyewear industry exposure is advantageous but not required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a track record of driving sales performance, training retail staff, and managing multiple retail accounts simultaneously.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
