Kering Eyewear seeks an In-Store Specialist (Merchandiser) in Bridgewater, Pennsylvania to drive sales and merchandising across department store accounts.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales across assigned department store accounts and dedicated stores, working closely with the Regional Retail Excellence Manager to implement strategies that grow the business.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for all Kering Eyewear brands within the territory by proactively identifying and pursuing retail opportunities.
- Conduct regular in‑store visits to department store partners to build relationships, merchandise and restock floors, maintain brand facings and optimal product positioning.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards for all brands, ensuring competitive facings and consistent brand presentation on the selling floor.
- Use reporting tools (Skypad, Go Spot Check) to analyse sales, inventory and merchandising KPIs and to drive data‑informed actions.
- Plan, manage and execute in‑store marketing initiatives (trunk shows, pop‑ups, brand visibility moments) to increase footfall and brand awareness.
- Liaise with cross‑functional teams (sales, marketing, store management) and provide field feedback on best‑sellers, lost opportunities and competitive activity.
- Deliver exceptional customer service during store visits and manage follow‑up for repairs, special requests and client enquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience; luxury retail and/or eyewear experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable understanding of the luxury fashion category and premium customer expectations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong follow‑through and meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborative, solution‑oriented mindset with proven ability to build relationships with store teams and cross‑functional partners.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory (Philadelphia and Washington, DC areas); reliable personal transportation required.
- Availability to work a 40‑hour week, Tuesday–Saturday schedule.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury retail or eyewear and with department store accounts or field merchandising is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education in retail, fashion, business or a related discipline is desirable.
