Kering Eyewear In-Store Specialist in Brussels — luxury eyewear visual merchandising and trade marketing role across Belgium and Luxembourg.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary visual merchandising contact for assigned optician accounts and manage customer relationships
  • Ensure strict adherence to Kering Houses brand directives and visual merchandising guidelines across all points of sale
  • Develop and implement localized Trade Marketing plans tailored to key cities and top retail clients
  • Negotiate premium shelf space and display opportunities for assigned luxury eyewear brands
  • Monitor and optimize permanent and seasonal POS visibility to maximize sell-through results
  • Deliver comprehensive product training sessions to retail staff at partner locations
  • Support sales teams in collection presentations during local sales events and promotional activities
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to conduct staff seminars and product education initiatives
  • Coordinate logistics for in-store events, showroom activations, and brand experiences
  • Track and analyze sell-out performance data at designated retail points of sale

Qualifications

  • University degree in commerce, marketing, visual merchandising, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in commerce or visual merchandising
  • Prior experience in optical, fashion, luxury, or beauty retail sectors preferred
  • Proven field-based merchandising experience with direct retailer engagement
  • Strong knowledge of fashion, luxury, and eyewear market dynamics
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in Dutch and French; proficient in English
  • Valid driving license required
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor's level or equivalent) in commerce, marketing, visual merchandising, business administration, or a related discipline.
