Kering Eyewear In-Store and Showroom Specialist in Barcelona. Drive Trade Marketing execution, manage showroom operations, and ensure brand presence across retail channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop local Trade Marketing plans for assigned client portfolio, managing allocated budgets and ROI
- Negotiate prime in-store spaces and ensure maximum visibility through permanent, seasonal, and promotional activities
- Secure optimal Trade Marketing execution in key cities for Key and Top Account Channels, coordinating with external agencies on window and in-store setups
- Execute staff training programs on assigned client accounts and support sales teams during collection presentations and buying events
- Manage showroom operations including sample setup, collection updates, and inventory maintenance in collaboration with Sales Support teams
- Coordinate and consolidate showroom sales figures, providing analytical insights to support strategic decision-making
- Organize in-store events and sales events, managing sellout contests, trade incentives, and consumer incentive programs
- Monitor and report on sellout results, KPIs, collection feedback, and activity metrics
- Support marketing team in brand and product presentations to sales forces during national meetings
- Manage consumable stock and coordinate key sales events to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement
Qualifications
- University degree required; Visual Merchandising certification or education preferred
- Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience in Eyewear, Apparel, Fashion, Luxury, or Cosmetics (both Retail and Wholesale channels)
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Valid driving license
- Proven Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising competencies
- Demonstrated training skills and effective communication abilities
- Strong customer relationship management and negotiation capabilities
- Experience in storytelling and presenting creative marketing solutions
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP BI knowledge is advantageous

Experience
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in relevant luxury industry sectors (Eyewear, Apparel, Fashion, Luxury, or Cosmetics), covering both retail and wholesale channels. Demonstrated expertise in Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising activities. Background in managing in-store execution and merchandising strategies within fast-growing, dynamic environments.
Education
University degree required. Visual Merchandising certification or specialized education is considered advantageous.
