Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage user administration and provide user support.
  • Operate within a mixed Windows and Mac environment.
  • Administer Active Directory, including GPO and ADFS.
  • Utilize VMware for virtualization and Veeam for backup solutions.
  • Administer databases, particularly MS SQL.
  • Operate software packages for both Windows and Mac platforms.
  • Manage Microsoft Remote Desktop Terminal operations.
  • Prepare and install PCs.
  • Set up and support mobile telephony for users.
  • Handle ad hoc IT support tasks.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in IT Infrastructure, particularly with Windows and preferably Mac.
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and scripting.

Skills

Knowledge of VMware, Veeam, Service Now, Jira, Zabbix, Confluence, Linux, PowerShell, and MS SQL databases. Goal-oriented and collaborative team player. Ability to work independently and drive large initiatives. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Structured approach to multitasking and project management. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.

Experience

Several years of experience in IT Infrastructure, particularly with Windows and preferably Mac.
