Role & Responsibilities
- Provide first‑level support for IT service tickets: triage, troubleshoot, monitor resolution and manage escalations to senior IT teams when required.
- Assist with scheduled PC lifecycle activities including replacement, repair and reconfiguration of workstations.
- Support corporate desktop refresh and technology update initiatives for company PCs.
- Collaborate on the maintenance and administration of fixed and mobile telephony services.
- Support user onboarding by creating corporate profiles (email accounts and access to internal systems) and provisioning standard user privileges.
- Document incidents and standard procedures to contribute to the team knowledge base and ensure continuity of service.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable curiosity, strong learning aptitude and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Collaborative team player with a practical, solution‑focused mindset.
- Availability to work on site in Milan.
Experience
Entry‑level / internship position. Prior professional experience is not required; academic projects, traineeships or hands‑on exposure to PC support, account provisioning or telephony systems are considered advantageous.
Education
Laurea or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field (degree or vocational diploma).
