Role & Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of ICT security best practices across the organization
• Maintain and optimize enterprise security systems including firewalls, WAF, SSO, and VPN infrastructure
• Support the integration of acquired companies into the Kering Eyewear security framework, ensuring compliance and operational continuity
• Collaborate with the ICT team to define, document, and execute planned maintenance procedures for security systems
• Administer Web Application Firewall (WAF) policy configuration, rule tuning, and application-level protection
• Manage firewall rulesets, NAT configurations, and troubleshooting across Check Point and/or Palo Alto environments
• Oversee certificate lifecycle management, including renewals, wildcard deployments, and certificate authority (CA) administration
• Execute vulnerability and patch management protocols, including CVE assessment, prioritization, and remediation on servers and software
• Configure and troubleshoot IPSec VPN connections for both site-to-site and remote access scenarios
• Manage load balancing infrastructure, SSL offloading, and high-availability configurations
• Implement cloud security hardening measures, identity and access management (IAM), and network security controls
• Maintain comprehensive network topology documentation and up-to-date ICT system inventories

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing IT security systems in complex enterprise environments
• Demonstrated expertise in Web Application Firewall (WAF) configuration, policy management, and rule optimization
• Proficiency with enterprise firewall platforms (Check Point and/or Palo Alto Networks)
• Hands-on experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies, including SAML/OIDC integration and user provisioning
• Solid understanding of certificate management lifecycle, including issuance, renewal, and CA operations
• Experience in vulnerability assessment, CVE management, and patch remediation workflows
• Knowledge of IPSec VPN configuration and troubleshooting for site-to-site and remote access deployments
• Familiarity with load balancing technologies and SSL offloading (HAProxy experience a plus)
• Understanding of cloud security principles, including hardening, IAM, and network security in cloud environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English

Skills

Experience

3+ years of hands-on experience managing ICT security systems in complex, multinational corporate environments. Proven track record in designing and maintaining enterprise-grade security infrastructure, including firewalls, WAF, SSO platforms, and VPN deployments. Experience in vulnerability management, patch remediation, and integration of systems during company acquisitions or consolidations is highly valued. Demonstrated ability to work proactively with cross-functional IT teams and to document complex security configurations and procedures.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent discipline (preferred). Relevant security certifications or demonstrated equivalent professional expertise may be considered in lieu of formal degree requirements.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 34,000 per annum.
