HR Manager role at Kering Eyewear in Hong Kong, managing HK & TW teams with strategic and operational HR support.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the trusted HR Business Partner for Hong Kong and Taiwan offices, providing strategic and operational HR support to managers and employees
  • Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning, organizational design, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities to attract and retain high-quality talent aligned with business growth plans
  • Support talent review, succession planning, and performance management processes in line with Group guidelines
  • Provide guidance on local labor law and HR policies to ensure compliant people practices
  • Manage employee relations matters in partnership with business leaders, Shared Service Centers, and Legal teams
  • Work closely with APAC Shared Service Centers to ensure smooth execution of HR administration and operational processes
  • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, headcount management, and workforce planning activities
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and people analytics to support business decision-making

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role
  • Solid HR generalist knowledge across recruitment, employee relations, talent management, performance management, and organizational development
  • Sound understanding of labor law and HR compliance requirements
  • Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid project management and problem-solving capabilities
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in budgeting, workforce planning, and HR reporting (preferred)
  • Experience in retail, luxury, fashion, FMCG, cosmetics, or multinational consumer-facing industries (preferred)
  • Exposure to regional or multi-country HR environments (preferred)

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.
