Kering Eyewear seeks experienced HR Business Partner for UK, Nordics & Netherlands role in London. Lead strategic HR initiatives and compliance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with commercial priorities and company objectives across multiple countries
- Support workforce planning, organizational design, and talent optimization to drive performance and profitability
- Take ownership of employee relations matters in close collaboration with the Regional HR Manager, ensuring sound judgment and compliance with local labor laws
- Oversee the effective delivery of core HR processes across the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance reviews, compensation and benefits, talent management, and offboarding
- Manage HR administration and payroll activities, maintaining high standards of accuracy, data quality, and compliance across all countries in scope
- Shape, implement, and update local HR policies aligned with Group and Company standards while maintaining compliance with regional regulations
- Drive continuous improvement and digital innovation in HR practices to enhance efficiency and employee experience
- Support engagement initiatives and foster a high-performance culture that promotes collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with external partners and Group Shared Services to ensure efficient and high-quality HR service delivery
- Leverage data and KPIs to inform decision-making and support business growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, HR, Law, or equivalent discipline
- 5+ years of experience as an HRBP in an international environment
- Strong expertise in UK and Nordic labor law and employee relations
- Solid business acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated experience in multi-country and matrix organizations
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Minimum 5 years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner in international environments, with demonstrated expertise in UK and Nordic labor law, employee relations, and multi-country organizational structures. Background should include experience managing full employee lifecycle HR processes, compliance initiatives, and strategic business partnering at a senior level.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Law, or equivalent discipline.
