Kering Eyewear seeks an HR Specialist Intern in Padova, Italy to support talent acquisition and HR operations in a luxury eyewear environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support HR team in managing core functional HR processes and ensuring compliance with company and Kering Group policies
- Assist with talent acquisition activities across the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding
- Draft and update job descriptions aligned with business needs and company guidelines
- Post positions, screen applications, schedule interviews, and maintain timely candidate communication
- Maintain accuracy of organizational charts and HR documentation
- Prepare HR analyses, reports, presentations, and summaries to support decision-making
- Respond to employee requests and contribute to positive employee experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in economics or related discipline, or master's degree in HR
- Strong motivation to learn and grow within the HR field with enthusiasm and curiosity
- Team player with collaborative mindset and strong team spirit
- Results-oriented with proactive approach
- Strong organizational and process management skills with ability to manage priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- AI literacy and ability to responsibly leverage AI tools while applying critical thinking and sound judgment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in written and spoken English

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 800 per month.
