Kering Eyewear seeks an HR Learning & Talent Intern in Milan — six-month internship supporting global L&D, onboarding and talent analytics.

Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer global learning programs including workshops, virtual sessions and leadership development initiatives.
- Manage learning platforms and tools to ensure accurate user data, seamless experience and timely reporting.
- Support talent processes including onboarding of new hires, performance management cycles and employee engagement activities.
- Provide operational and project support to ensure learning and talent initiatives are delivered on time and to specification.
- Analyse learning and talent datasets (e.g., survey results, attendance, satisfaction, performance indicators) and produce reports and executive summaries.
- Collaborate with colleagues across regions and cultural contexts to support global roll-outs and cross‑border initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, psychology or related discipline, or a master’s degree in HR.
- Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience coordinating stakeholders and working in teams.
- Organisational rigor, attention to detail and pragmatic problem‑solving.

Experience
Entry-level; suitable for recent graduates or candidates with limited professional experience. Previous internships or academic projects in HR, learning & development or talent management are advantageous.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in economics, psychology or related field; a master’s degree in HR is a plus.

The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
