Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer learning programs, including workshops, virtual sessions, and leadership development initiatives.
- Manage learning platforms and tools to ensure accurate data, smooth user experience, and timely reporting.
- Assist in talent processes such as onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Provide project and operational support to ensure effective delivery of learning and talent initiatives.
- Produce analyses, reports, and summary documents.
- Collaborate with colleagues across regions and cultures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, psychology, or related disciplines; master’s degree in HR preferred.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
