HR Intern position at Kering Eyewear in Shanghai, supporting recruitment and HR operations for a luxury eyewear leader.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support all stages of recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate guidance
- Maintain recruitment databases and channels while assisting in daily recruitment data analysis and proposing process improvements
- Coordinate employee onboarding and exit procedures, including physical examination arrangements and documentation
- Manage intern team recruitment from requirements assessment through full onboarding and handle attendance tracking for interns
- Organize, scan, and archive personnel files and related documents with accuracy
- Translate HR-related documents between English and Chinese as required
- Assist in planning and executing HR team projects and employee engagement activities
- Support cross-departmental coordination on intern recruitment and placement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Administration Management, or related field
- Fluent in English reading and writing; strong bilingual (English/Mandarin Chinese) communication skills preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong attention to detail with meticulous organizational skills
- Patient, conscientious, and demonstrates high levels of personal responsibility
Skills
Experience
Currently enrolled as a university student or recent graduate; prior experience in HR support, recruitment coordination, or administrative roles is advantageous but not required for entry-level internship candidates.
Education
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Administration Management, or a related discipline; students in their final year or recent graduates are eligible.
