Kering Eyewear HR Intern in Shanghai — support recruitment, onboarding and intern management for a 3–6 month placement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities: publish job adverts, perform initial CV screening, arrange interviews, invite candidates and guide on-site interviewees.
- Maintain recruitment channels and candidate databases; assist in daily recruitment data collection and produce basic statistical analyses.
- Propose process optimizations based on recruitment metrics and observed bottlenecks.
- Assist with onboarding and exit procedures, including coordination of medical checks and pre-boarding logistics.
- Manage documentation tasks: scanning, filing and archiving HR records; translate related documents (Chinese–English) as required.
- Coordinate the recruitment, onboarding and day-to-day administration of interns, including attendance tracking.
- Support the HR team in employee activities and ad hoc HR projects; perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled university student (undergraduate or postgraduate) or recent graduate; bachelor-level education or above preferred.
- Degree or study focus in Human Resources, Administration Management, Business or a related discipline is preferred.
- Available for a 3–6 month internship and ideally present on-site four days per week.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, reliability and a collaborative team mindset.
- Proactive, organized and able to execute administrative tasks with discretion and responsibility.

Experience
No extensive professional experience required; previous internship or campus recruiting/HR administrative experience is advantageous.
Education
Enrolled university student (bachelor degree or above) in Human Resources, Administration Management or related field; recent graduates eligible for internship.
