Kering Eyewear seeks an HR Business Partner in Padua, Italy — mid-level HRBP to drive talent, HR operations and people strategy.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a professional HR Business Partner to local leadership, translating business priorities into people strategies to support growth, profitability and employee engagement.
  • Design and implement people processes across the local perimeter, including performance management, organizational design and talent reviews.
  • Drive talent acquisition activities to secure required hires on time and within budget, partnering with Talent Acquisition and employer branding functions.
  • Manage HR operations and administration in coordination with external local providers, ensuring payroll, contracts and local compliance with labor law and Group guidelines.
  • Own local HRIS activities, internal reporting and HR analytics to inform business decisions and measure people KPIs.
  • Contribute to the design and deployment of sales force incentive systems, performing related calculations and local implementation.
  • Support employee relations, compliance, and health & safety programs to maintain a secure and legally compliant working environment.
  • Promote a diverse, agile and empowered workplace through local initiatives and engagement strategies.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
  • 3–5 years' experience as an HR Generalist or HR Administrator within structured, internationally present organisations.
  • Proven knowledge of Italian employee legislation and local labour law.
  • Fluent written and spoken Italian and English; advanced Spanish.
  • Strong MS Office proficiency (Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS and HR reporting.

Experience
