Kering Eyewear HR Administrator role in Vescovana, Italy. Fixed-term contract managing personnel administration and compliance from €29,000 annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify employment contracts, temporary staffing agreements, and internship documentation, including hiring contracts, individual variations, and workplace modifications
- Manage regulatory compliance processes related to employment activation, administration, and termination in collaboration with the Group Shared Service Center and Senior HR Business Partner, in accordance with the Eyewear CCNL
- Maintain communication with Main Hub personnel regarding administrative and contractual matters
- Support the Senior HR Business Partner in temporary personnel selection activities and labour relations management
- Administer and monitor attendance and absences through the Zucchetti management system
- Produce monthly and quarterly reports to support personnel management and corporate compliance
- Monitor contract expirations, probation periods, and temporary staffing arrangements
- Process personnel administration matters including leave, illness, and workplace injury documentation
- Maintain the accuracy and organisation of personnel documentation archives
- Ensure continuous professional development in labour law and HR administration, communicating relevant updates to the HR function
Qualifications
- Degree in law or economics
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within structured corporate environments
- Solid knowledge of labour law
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Basic English language proficiency
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of HR administration experience in structured corporate environments. Prior experience in HR administration within the eyewear sector or logistics operations, as well as familiarity with Zucchetti software, are considered advantageous.
Education
Degree in legal or economic disciplines.
Workplace
This position is based in Vescovana, Veneto, Italy, within easy reach of Padua.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 29,000 per annum.
