Kering Eyewear is seeking an HR Administration Manager for its Padua headquarters, reporting to the Compensation & Benefits, HRIS & People Analytics Director. The role leads HR administration, payroll and employee relations, including compliance, HRIS data quality, international mobility, welfare and benefits, process improvement, and team development. The position is classified as Quadro under the applicable eyewear-sector CCNL, with an indicative starting salary of €60,000 and an annual variable bonus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the correct application of labor law, applicable collective bargaining agreements (CCNL) and contract types, advising and providing operational support to the wider HR function.
- Manage and develop HR administration processes throughout the employee lifecycle, in compliance with current regulations and in coordination with Kering Group’s Shared Service Center.
- Ensure accurate submissions and compliance with public bodies and institutions, including INPS, INAIL, the Italian Revenue Agency and employment centers, while promoting process simplification and automation.
- Coordinate payroll with the Group Shared Service Center, ensuring accuracy and compliance while pursuing continuous improvement and optimization.
- Oversee time and attendance, leave and workplace-accident administration, and ensure the tax compliance of welfare plans and company benefits; maintain high service standards and improve administrative procedures for efficiency and accurate compliance.
- Contribute to defining, implementing and updating HR policies and company regulations in line with regulatory and organizational developments and business needs.
- Manage international mobility processes in collaboration with advisers and internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure HR data accuracy, completeness and consistency in HRIS tools, working with the Group Shared Service Center and Compensation & Benefits team.
- Identify opportunities to innovate, simplify and improve HR processes, advancing ideas to increase operational efficiency and service quality.
- Lead the development of welfare and benefits programmes, collaborating with stakeholders on innovative solutions that improve the employee experience.
- Contribute to improving HR administration in other countries by collaborating with local HR functions and sharing best practices.
- Lead, motivate and develop the team, fostering collaboration, service excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Degree in Law, Labour Consultancy, Economics or a related discipline; specializations in Labour Law or Personnel Administration are an advantage.
- At least 8 years of experience in HR Administration, Payroll Governance or Labour Consultancy roles in structured, multinational environments.
- Strong knowledge of labour law, social security and tax regulations, and personnel administration requirements.
- Experience managing payroll providers and labour consultants, and HR transformation projects.
- Knowledge of international mobility processes and corporate welfare plan administration.
- Familiarity with leading HR tools and HRIS; knowledge of Zucchetti is an advantage.
- Analytical ability, attention to detail, critical thinking and a continuous-improvement mindset.
- Fluent English, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
