Kering Eyewear Go-to-Market Specialist in Milan: drive distribution strategy and market analysis for a luxury eyewear portfolio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support quarterly tracking and analysis of distribution KPIs; prepare dashboards for management and sales force discussion of distribution trends
- Support brand distribution plan definition and maintain yearly distribution reports for dissemination to brand houses
- Conduct market research and internal analysis to support business planning and provide strategic recommendations to managers
- Monitor execution and effectiveness of brand distribution strategy across markets and channels, with focus on selective distribution network compliance for both brick-and-mortar and online channels
- Continuously monitor performance of portfolio brand projects to maintain organizational focus on key objectives
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of professional experience in consulting, finance, or business analysis/planning
- Prior experience working in a multinational corporation
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
