Role & Responsibilities
- Post incoming invoices, bank statements, and journal entries.
- Reconcile accounts and maintain a comprehensive and accurate general ledger in accordance with fiscal accounting principles and internal guidelines.
- Participate in monthly and annual preparations related to closings as per a predefined calendar.
- Calculate and prepare monthly VAT and Intrastat forms.
- Communicate with external accounting services, tax offices, and banks.
- Collect and analyze financial information to prepare financial and accounting reports for management.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for finance and sales departments.
- Coordinate with other departments within the company.
- Calculate and book employee travel expenses.
- Monitor legal regulations in the field of accounting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Accounting or related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in English.
