Kering Eyewear seeks a Finance PMO Director for its Padua headquarters, reporting directly to the CFO and leading Finance projects, process harmonization and transition initiatives. The role is classified under the Dirigente Industria category and the CCNL for industrial company executives; indicative starting compensation is €85,000, with an annual bonus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate key projects within the Finance function in collaboration with the CFO, managing relationships with corporate functions and regional teams to promote excellence and efficient solutions.
- Lead all Finance project phases, ensuring adherence to timelines and effective integration of information from the business departments involved.
- Identify and propose harmonized processes and procedures to support the global Finance function.
- Ensure business processes for Finance Transition projects are consistent, robust and aligned with Finance function standards.
- Promote the “One Company” vision and proactively support the management and execution of related activities.
- Collaborate with regional and local Finance teams to implement the function’s strategy consistently and in an integrated manner through continuous process reviews and critical assessment.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and constructive dialogue to identify business growth opportunities, anticipate system and process challenges, and facilitate communication to and from the Finance community.
- Coordinate Finance team leaders in identifying and developing training and change management initiatives for a successful Transition.
- Ensure identified processes and new technological solutions are implemented in compliance with defined integration requirements.
- Contribute to teamwork and support the achievement of established objectives.
Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience in similar roles in international and structured organizations.
- Degree in Economics.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Strong leadership skills and a proactive attitude.
- Results-driven.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and team management skills.
- Ability to delegate and motivate the team.
- Full proficiency in English.
