Kering Eyewear Finance Intern in Shanghai – support accounting, VAT compliance, and audit procedures. Fluent Chinese and English required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process purchase order reports and manage bank reconciliation activities
- Execute SAP posting for input tax documentation and reconciliation procedures
- Verify monthly VAT invoices with local tax bureau requirements
- Complete contract documentation and accounting filing tasks
- Track payment activities in coordination with APAC Financial Shared Service Center
- Provide administrative and analytical support for yearly external audit procedures
- Execute ad hoc finance and accounting tasks as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and oral)
- Educational background or coursework in finance, fashion, or commercial subjects
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Italian language capability is advantageous

No specific prior professional experience required; academic or internship exposure to accounting or finance operations is preferred.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed undergraduate studies in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or related discipline.
