Kering Eyewear seeks Finance Intern in Shanghai to support GL&TAX accounting operations including SAP posting, bank reconciliation, and VAT verification.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process and verify purchase order reports and monthly bank reconciliations
- Post input tax transactions in SAP and reconcile tax-related accounts
- Verify monthly VAT invoices with local tax bureau documentation
- Complete contract and accounting documentation filing and organization
- Track payment transactions in coordination with APAC Financial Shared Services Center
- Provide support and documentation assistance for yearly audit procedures
- Execute additional finance-related tasks as assigned by the GL&TAX Accountant
Qualifications
- Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Finance, fashion, or commercial coursework or knowledge
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong interpersonal communication and team collaboration abilities
- Organized and detail-oriented approach to financial documentation

Experience
No specific professional experience required. Academic or internship exposure to finance, accounting, or business operations is preferred.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
