Role & Responsibilities
- Report to the Accounts Receivable (AR) Accountant and support daily AR operations.
- Visit local tax bureau to purchase VAT invoices and perform on-site invoice verification.
- Issue VAT invoices, prepare mail-outs and maintain an accurate VAT invoice dispatch and tracking list.
- Verify VAT invoices against purchase records and liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and file accounting vouchers and maintain orderly filing systems for financial documentation.
- Organize and archive contracts and related records; ensure documentation is up to date and easily retrievable.
- Support ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as required to assist the AR team.
Qualifications
- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English; Italian is a plus.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable coursework or interest in finance, accounting or commercial topics; prior internship experience in finance/accounting is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal communication, teamwork and organisational skills with professional maturity.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Outlook, EXCEL, Power Point and Word.

Experience
Entry-level internship role; coursework in finance/accounting is required and prior internship or practical exposure to accounts receivable, VAT invoice handling or company finance operations is a strong advantage.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related field.
