Role & Responsibilities
- Visit local tax bureau to purchase VAT invoices.
- Issue VAT invoices.
- Mail out VAT invoices and maintain record lists.
- Verify VAT invoices on purchases at the local tax bureau.
- File accounting vouchers.
- File and record contracts.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Chinese and English, both written and oral; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Background in finance, fashion, or commercial studies is preferred.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required, though knowledge in finance, fashion, or commercial sectors is preferred.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Shanghai, Shanghai, China, with easy access to Shanghai.
