Finance Intern at Kering Eyewear in Barcelona. Support accounting and credit management operations in luxury eyewear—SAP, Excel, and professional development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contact customers by phone or mail to establish payment schedules for outstanding balances
- Reconcile and maintain accuracy of customer accounts
- Execute automated accounts receivable collection activities and dunning processes
- Maintain and update credit master data in the financial system
- Support accounts payable processing and invoice verification
- Perform general accounting entries and daily operational close activities in SAP
- Assist in identifying and implementing ERP system improvements and process enhancements
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company secretarial requirements
- Maintain record-keeping standards required by external auditors and government agencies
- Complete ad-hoc financial assignments as requested
Qualifications
- University degree in Accounting or Finance
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- SAP experience desirable
- Spanish native speaker with excellent English communication
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
