Role & Responsibilities
- Contact customers via phone or email to establish payment schedules for outstanding debts.
- Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Execute automated Account Receivables dunning activities.
- Maintain and update Credit Master Data.
- Assist with accounts payable activities.
- Support daily general accounting operations in SAP.
- Contribute to ERP system enhancements and process updates.
- Ensure compliance with legal, company secretarial, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain records to meet auditor and government agency standards.
- Complete specific assignments as required.
Qualifications
- University degree, preferably in accounting.
- Preference for candidates with ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualifications.
Skills
Experience
No specific experience required, but familiarity with SAP and financial operations is advantageous.
