Role & Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone or email to establish payment schedules for outstanding debts.
- Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Execute automated Account Receivables dunning processes.
- Maintain and update Credit Master Data.
- Assist in managing accounts payable activities.
- Contribute to general accounting operations using SAP.
- Support ERP system enhancements and process updates.
- Ensure compliance with legal, company secretarial, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain records to meet auditor and government agency standards.
- Undertake specific assignments as required.
Qualifications
- University degree in accounting or related field preferred.
- Preference for candidates with ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualifications.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required, although familiarity with SAP and accounting practices is advantageous.
