Kering Eyewear Finance Director in Bridgewater, New Jersey. Lead FP&A and Accounting for North America. $110K–$140K annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes aligned with corporate objectives
- Develop financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
- Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying risks and opportunities
- Conduct detailed revenue, margin, expense, and profitability analyses to support business growth
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reviews to senior leadership
- Provide financial guidance to Sales and Trade Marketing teams regarding customer profitability and ROI analyses
- Lead and oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, treasury, and payroll coordination
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and company policies
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Oversee preparation and filing of Indirect Tax documentation
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits with timely documentation delivery
- Lead, coach, and develop FP&A and Accounting teams fostering accountability and continuous improvement
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and best practices to enhance financial reporting capabilities
- Support strategic projects, acquisitions, system implementations, and business transformation initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing finance and/or accounting teams
- Demonstrated experience overseeing both FP&A and Accounting functions
- Experience supporting commercial organizations in wholesale, consumer goods, fashion, luxury, or retail environments
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling
- Solid understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis techniques
- Experience developing executive-level financial presentations and reporting packages
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing finance and/or accounting teams. Preferred experience working in multi-entity and/or international organizations, with demonstrated background supporting commercial organizations in wholesale, consumer goods, fashion, luxury, or retail sectors.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field required. MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 110,000 to USD 140,000 per annum.
