Facility & General Services Coordinator at Kering Eyewear Setteville, Italy. Manage plant operations and infrastructure coordination for luxury eyewear manufacturing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage general services operations including fleet management, cleaning, landscaping, and security services
- Coordinate and supervise external contractors for machinery and plant maintenance, structural upkeep, cleaning, and security
- Produce and maintain documentation and reporting related to services and suppliers, anticipating operational issues
- Oversee facility services including access management, security protocols, and environmental conditions
- Collaborate with security providers to manage alarms, video surveillance, and access control systems in compliance with company procedures
- Monitor adherence to HSE regulations and safety procedures, identifying and reporting non-conformities
- Coordinate material movements between production facilities
- Manage utilities and waste disposal in accordance with applicable regulations
- Support management and internal departments for facility visits, events, and operational requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in facility services and processes within budget and company standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facility management or general services roles, preferably in manufacturing environments
- Solid knowledge of plant infrastructure and facilities management systems
- Demonstrated experience coordinating external contractors and managing service contracts
- Strong organizational and planning capabilities with attention to deadlines and priorities
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and workplace safety requirements
- Proactive approach with commitment to continuous improvement and infrastructure optimization
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
