Kering Eyewear seeks an Executive Assistant in Padova, Italy. Support CEO operations, manage office, travel, and reporting. €36k+.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including correspondence, reports, presentations, file organization, and records maintenance
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate all meetings, appointments, and team gatherings for executive leadership
- Arrange business travel and guest accommodations; monitor costs and maintain vendor relationships
- Oversee invoice management and expense reporting processes
- Support weekly reporting activities and presentation preparation in English
- Organize and execute special projects and business initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all executive-level interactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar executive support role
- Full professional proficiency in English (French preferred)
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated expertise in travel management and logistics
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with emphasis on professionalism and discretion

Previous experience serving as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable executive support capacity within a corporate or luxury environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree required.

The base compensation for this position is EUR 36,000 per annum.
