Kering Eyewear seeks an experienced E-Commerce Manager in Shanghai to lead digital business strategy and drive growth across Chinese platforms.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead overall online business strategy for both direct-to-consumer and wholesale channels, developing a comprehensive three-year cross-platform growth roadmap
- Drive sales growth across Tmall (managing mono-brand and multi-brand flagship stores), JD.com, and emerging platforms while maintaining healthy operational KPIs
- Own complete P&L responsibility and financial performance across all e-commerce channels
- Collaborate with internal functional teams (e-marketing, product management, finance, customer service) and coordinate external third-party vendors and wholesaler partners to achieve sales targets
- Maintain strategic alignment with headquarters, ensure adherence to global pricing guidelines, and deliver periodic business reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of e-commerce experience with demonstrated expertise in both direct-to-consumer and wholesale business models
- Deep understanding of operational methodologies across different business models on major Chinese e-commerce platforms
- Strong commercial acumen and result-oriented approach with proven track record of sales growth
- Strategic thinking capability combined with hands-on execution and can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and proven ability to thrive as a collaborative team player

Experience
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in e-commerce, with demonstrated success managing both direct-to-consumer and wholesale operations. Experience in luxury, fashion, or cosmetics industries is highly preferred, as is proven expertise in multi-channel e-commerce management on Chinese platforms.
