Kering Eyewear seeks an experienced Divisional Manager for Lindberg & Maui Jim brands in Munich, Germany—driving strategic growth in luxury eyewear.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assume end-to-end responsibility for brand performance across revenue, margin targets, and profitability metrics
- Develop, align, and execute annual business and sales plans in close coordination with brand headquarters
- Manage forecasting, budget allocation, and continuous KPI tracking with strategic adjustments based on market conditions
- Conduct performance analyses and derive actionable measures to drive revenue and operational efficiency
- Identify market risks and opportunities and initiate targeted countermeasures
- Collaborate closely with Sales Managers to refine and enhance commercial brand strategy
- Develop go-to-market plans with clear prioritization of customer segments, distribution channels, and strategic initiatives
- Oversee and coordinate sales management execution to ensure consistent and effective market coverage
- Drive active market implementation through regular strategic reviews and clear performance objectives
- Serve as the central interface with Brand Headquarters regarding product launches, strategic initiatives, and commercial terms
- Provide proactive market feedback, performance data, and strategic recommendations to global leadership
- Direct assortment and collection strategy at the local market level
- Analyze product performance and translate insights into pricing, portfolio optimization, and trade marketing actions
- Build and leverage market, customer, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities
- Identify process optimization potential across the customer journey and implement more efficient systems
- Collaborate with internal functions to enhance operational processes and customer experience

- Multiple years of professional experience in sales, brand management, or comparable business responsibility
- Proven track record in dynamic, fast-paced, results-oriented corporate environments
- Extensive background in performance-driven organizations, ideally within eyewear, luxury, or fashion industries
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategies and translate them into measurable business outcomes
- Documented success in steering revenue, profitability, and key performance indicators
- Strong communication and presentation skills with confident executive presence and stakeholder management expertise
