Kering Eyewear seeks a Digital Marketing Executive in Seoul to lead digital strategy, e‑commerce and localization for the Korean market.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and lead local digital strategies to generate new business opportunities and support sell‑in and sell‑out objectives across Korea.
  • Localize and manage the Korean version of the brand/company homepage in collaboration with APAC and HQ teams.
  • Develop and operate branded shop‑in‑shop experiences on major client digital platforms to increase visibility and online sell‑out.
  • Partner with local optical retail digital platforms to extend brand presence and drive e‑commerce conversion.
  • Plan, execute and oversee all digital marketing activations for client platforms, including content, campaigns and channel delivery.
  • Monitor, research and translate consumer behaviour and market trends into actionable digital initiatives.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards measuring KPIs and ROIs for digital campaigns.
  • Identify and trial new digital channels and platforms to broaden the company’s online footprint.
  • Continuously monitor competitors and the eyewear industry digital landscape to inform strategy.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, preferably within fashion, beauty or luxury sectors.
  • Proven experience managing social media, corporate homepage localization, digital content and e‑commerce platforms.
  • Fluency in Korean and English (written and spoken) required.
  • Strong knowledge of the Korean luxury market and experience liaising with regional/HQ teams.
  • Excellent organisational, project management and problem‑solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive and adaptable to a fast‑paced, start‑up style environment.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills; ability to manage multiple ad‑hoc priorities.

Experience
