Kering Eyewear seeks Demand Planning Intern in Bridgewater, USA. Support S&OP processes, forecasting, and inventory optimization across luxury eyewear portfolio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the setup, implementation, and continuous improvement of planning processes, including workflows and related tools, aligned with headquarters guidelines and North American management direction
- Conduct historical sales data analysis and customer assortment review; prepare forecast inputs with recommendations based on key customer buying patterns and promotional impacts in collaboration with the Key Account Channel team
- Assist in the maintenance, development, and enhancement of statistical forecasting models, ensuring alignment with Global Planning strategy and Regional business requirements
- Support the Global Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process by coordinating regional data collection and analysis, ensuring timely submission to headquarters and identifying gaps between sales forecasts and demand plans
- Contribute to service level improvements while optimizing finished goods inventory in line with company strategy and management targets
- Support ongoing maintenance of reporting tools to monitor and analyze key Planning key performance indicators
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics
- Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills
- Data-driven mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of the luxury fashion category
- Strong interpersonal skills and capacity to develop professional relationships
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
