Kering Eyewear seeks a Demand Planner in Limena, Italy to manage demand forecasting and supply chain optimization in a luxury goods environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support preparation of corporate business targets and analyze current business performance, defining rolling forecasts at account and market level based on S&OP process validation
- Engage with key accounts to discuss performance metrics and develop growth and recovery plans to guide demand planning initiatives
- Manage demand forecasts for 12–15 month rolling periods at individual SKU level
- Serve as planning point of contact for all projects related to the assigned market, providing proactive support for implementation
- Deliver proactive support to continuously enhance customer service levels while optimizing finished goods inventory in alignment with management directives and corporate strategy
- Support implementation and maintenance of reporting systems to analyze key performance indicators for the assigned market
- Perform back-office functions in collaboration with sales support and supply chain teams to provide information to key stakeholders
- Execute implementation of defined IT solutions supporting Demand Planning activities within the assigned market
- Contribute to team collaboration and achievement of departmental objectives
Qualifications
- Degree in economics or scientific disciplines
- Excellent command of English
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Team player with strong collaborative spirit
- Problem-solving orientation and analytical mindset
Skills
Experience
1–2 years in analogous planning or demand forecasting roles within multinational environments is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in economics or scientific disciplines.
