Kering Eyewear seeks a Customer Service Consultant in Shanghai to support luxury optician partners with product expertise and world-class service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer service and product consulting to opticians via phone and email
- Process and register customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Follow up on customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Process and handle customer claims and complaints
- Support customers with product information and solutions tailored to their needs
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Positive and outgoing personality with high level of loyalty and responsibility
