Kering Eyewear seeks Customer Service Ambassador in Bridgewater, NJ. Manage B2B order-to-cash flows, customer relations, and sales support. Hourly $22–$24.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage customer master data to ensure timely maintenance, accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all information
  • Oversee order flow from acquisition through entry, maintaining compliance with agreed trade terms
  • Coordinate delivery operations by liaising with planning, logistics, and customer teams; serve as first point of contact for queries and issues
  • Manage backorders to maintain a clean order status sheet
  • Process goods returns in compliance with established trade terms
  • Act as primary point of contact for customer commercial, logistics, and product claims
  • Support sales events including campaigns, product presentations, onsite training, and customer visits through both organizational preparation and execution
  • Generate sales and customer-related reporting for internal sales teams and external customers
  • Implement and enhance customer service procedures, processes, and systems
  • Participate in ad hoc sales-related activities and projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B customer service experience
  • Proven customer-facing experience in a commercial environment
  • Strong knowledge of order-to-cash workflows
  • Working knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
  • Familiarity with sales principles and methods
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Experience in a controlled sales environment advantageous
