Kering Eyewear in Bridgewater, NJ seeks a French-speaking Customer Service Ambassador. Hourly $18–$23.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process for an assigned B2B customer portfolio, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
  • Maintain and safeguard customer master data for accuracy, completeness and integrity.
  • Process orders in compliance with agreed trade terms and internal procedures.
  • Act as first point of contact for customers on commercial, logistics and product queries, liaising with sales, planning and logistics teams to resolve issues.
  • Manage delivery flow and backorders to preserve service levels and a clean backlog.
  • Administer returns and claims in accordance with contractual terms.
  • Support sales initiatives — including campaigns, product presentations and onsite trainings — through preparation and execution.
  • Produce sales- and customer-related reports to inform the sales team and customers.
  • Contribute to improving customer-service procedures, systems and ad hoc sales projects.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in French and English (oral and written) is mandatory.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a B2B customer service or customer-facing role preferred.
  • Demonstrable customer-facing experience; sales experience within a controlled environment is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of order-to-cash processes, Incoterms and basic customs procedures.
  • Experience with SAP implementations is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong interpersonal skills: team orientation, clear communication, customer focus, negotiation and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, trustworthy, curious and open to continuous improvement.

Experience

At least one year of professional experience in B2B customer service or a comparable customer-facing function; sales and SAP implementation experience are advantageous.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
