Kering Eyewear in Bridgewater, USA seeks a Credit and Collections Specialist to manage accounts receivable and collections for its luxury eyewear brands.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Process and reconcile accounts receivable and remittances; ensure accurate, timely application of daily receipts to customer accounts.
  • Post customer payments received by check, ACH, wire, credit card and other methods and maintain detailed records of cash receipt activity.
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to collect past‑due amounts, making proactive collection calls and resolving issues that delay payment.
  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies by creating balancing entries, pursuing unmatched receipts and collaborating with internal finance teams.
  • Analyze aging reports to identify trends, evaluate credit limits and make release decisions for orders on hold based on payment history.
  • Build and maintain constructive relationships with customers and internal partners (Sales, Customer Service) to facilitate prompt payment.
  • Update A/R systems with current status on past‑due invoices, supply invoice documentation, generate/send monthly statements and initiate CRM claims.
  • Provide timely updates to management regarding payment trends, cash‑flow risks and recommend accounts for external collection when appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in credit, collections and cash application within a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding collection targets and managing large account portfolios.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook); SAP experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and cross‑functional teams.
  • High ethical standards, reliability and ability to handle confidential financial information.
  • Self‑starter capable of working independently and prioritizing multiple tasks concurrently.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to USD 70,000 per annum.
