Role & Responsibilities
- Translate CAD designs into CAM programming after thorough analysis of technical drawings or prototypes.
- Supervise CNC machine operations and verify program accuracy.
- Collect and address reports, anomalies, and support requests by liaising with production technicians, identifying programming issues, and implementing corrective modifications.
Qualifications
- Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- 2-3 years of experience with CAD software, preferably AutoCAD or Rhinoceros.
- Proficiency in CAM software, preferably Mastercam.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical technical drawings.
- Knowledge of the acetate process.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling and drafting.
Skills
Experience
2-3 years of relevant experience in CAD and CAM software usage.
Education
Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
