Kering Eyewear Brand Specialist in Milan: join the luxury eyewear leader in Brand Management, supporting global brand strategy and product launches.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support development and execution of the annual marketing strategy for assigned brand(s)
- Translate market insights into impactful product briefs, supporting assortment definition, pricing, and collection strategy
- Contribute to global brand activations, communication plans, and key marketing initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams and regional markets
- Partner with the Product Design team throughout the product development cycle, from concept to final collection launch
- Develop presentations, marketing materials, and business analyses to support internal stakeholders and commercial teams
- Support planning and coordination of strategic marketing initiatives and special projects, ensuring alignment across markets and channels
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Brand Management, ideally within the luxury or premium sector
- Strong passion for luxury and fashion with a keen aesthetic sensibility and awareness of consumer trends
- Demonstrated analytical mindset combined with creative thinking
- Fluency in English and Italian required; additional languages preferred

Experience
At least 2 years of professional experience in Brand Management within the luxury or premium industry, demonstrating proficiency in brand strategy development, product marketing, and cross-functional team collaboration.
Education
Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 30,000 per annum.
