Role & Responsibilities
- Support the direct manager in developing annual marketing plans for each brand, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and defining strategic activities and events.
- Collaborate in the preparation of annual communication plans in close cooperation with the PR & Communication team.
- Assist in the preparation of product briefings by collecting and summarizing market needs and key features as per guidelines.
- Collaborate with the product team during various stages of product development, including creative alignment and pricing.
- Research and propose new ideas in materials, technologies, and product functionality through market analysis.
- Prepare presentations and documents for the sales force and other teams.
- Conduct market analysis and ad-hoc analyses for relevant brands.
- Organize and plan marketing activities within the designated area.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in brand management.
- Degree in Marketing or General Management preferred.
