Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the direct manager in developing annual marketing plans for each brand, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and defining strategic activities and events.
  • Collaborate in the preparation of annual communication plans in close cooperation with the PR & Communication team.
  • Assist in the preparation of product briefings by collecting and summarizing market needs and key features as per guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the product team during various stages of product development, including creative alignment and pricing.
  • Research and propose new ideas in materials, technologies, and product functionality through market analysis.
  • Prepare presentations and documents for the sales force and other teams.
  • Conduct market analysis and ad-hoc analyses for relevant brands.
  • Organize and plan marketing activities within the designated area.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in brand management.
  • Degree in Marketing or General Management preferred.

Skills

Excellent analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Strong project management skills. Ability to work effectively in a team. Attention to detail. Passion and motivation. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in brand management.

Education

Degree in Marketing or General Management preferred.
