Kering Eyewear Brand Ambassador — Taipei. Field sales role covering Northern Taiwan, responsible for client development, merchandising and trade marketing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute a prioritized regional work plan based on the sales cycle to achieve assigned KPIs.
- Plan and conduct regular store visits across Northern Taiwan (north of Taichung) to guarantee required visit frequency per store cluster.
- Develop and maintain constructive relationships with Merchandise Managers, Store Managers and store teams; act as primary company contact for client feedback and needs.
- Drive brand performance through sell‑in and sell‑out activities; support collection launches and monitor brand penetration at point of sale.
- Ensure appropriate assortment and stock levels in partner stores and optimise product distribution in line with selective distribution guidelines.
- Negotiate and increase in‑store brand visibility; ensure compliance with brand merchandising guidelines and retail image standards to protect brand equity.
- Deliver product, brand and trade marketing training to retail staff; implement training plans and follow up on execution.
- Provide timely, accurate visit reporting and market intelligence including customer feedback, competitive activity, and analysis of best/worst sellers.
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of on‑field sales experience; prior experience in fashion/luxury, cosmetics or FMCG preferred; eyewear/optical experience is a plus.
- Proven familiarity with trade marketing and visual merchandising principles and execution.
- Able and willing to travel regularly across assigned territory.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Working proficiency in English and fluent in local language (Mandarin).
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of field sales experience, ideally within fashion, luxury, cosmetics or FMCG. Experience supporting wholesale or multi‑brand retail partners, executing trade marketing and visual merchandising initiatives, and delivering sales reporting. Prior team management experience is advantageous for senior progression.
Education
University degree.
