Kering Eyewear seeks a Brand Ambassador (Optical, Southwest) based in Bridgewater, NJ to drive wholesale sales across UT, CO, NM and AZ.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver brand net sales targets within the assigned Southwest territory (UT, CO, NM, AZ) across opticians, optometrists and ophthalmologists.
- Develop and expand qualitative door distribution while protecting each brand’s DNA and positioning.
- Present and sell in optical frames and sunglasses to wholesale customers; steward a balanced brand sales portfolio.
- Drive sell-through through visibility projects, trade-marketing activations and store-level merchandising.
- Provide in-store training and product education to customer teams to maximise conversion and average selling price.
- Produce timely, accurate sales reporting and pipeline updates for the Southwest District Director.
- Maintain regular field presence and client contact; travel up to 90% to service accounts and execute activations.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of growing wholesale sales and expanding door distribution among optical customers.
- Established relationships with opticians, optometrists and ophthalmologists preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; comfortable leading trainings and demonstrations.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage a dispersed territory.
- University degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Professional experience within fashion, luxury, cosmetics or consumer-goods environments.
- Availability and willingness to travel extensively (up to 90%).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience
Several years of field sales experience in wholesale optical or adjacent luxury/consumer goods channels with demonstrable success in growing net sales and establishing distribution.
Education
University degree or equivalent experience.
